The deputy to the National Assembly, Marco Aurelio Quiñones, warned that the very poor salary measures taken by Nicolás Maduro’s dictatorship it will worsen the suffering of the Venezuelan people.
“30% of the minimum salary is equivalent to $ 1, with that you can hardly buy more than one food item,” Quiñones explained through his Twitter account.
The legislator indicated that Venezuelans have to choose between 1 kilo of rice, bread flour or 3 kilos of mangoes.
“The economy is collapsed, remittances and foreign aid support a good part of the population,” he added.
Also, the parliamentarian affirmed that those times of national credit cards with high purchasing power are in the past.
“Whoever had some savings in Bolivars lost them, the dictatorship diluted them, stole them through reconversions, inflation and dollarization, stole the dreams of a better future and a stable old age.”
